So here's what you do to assign a drive letter.Right click on 'My Computer' and select Manage then select disk management. The drive should show up there. Right click on the drive and select 'Change Drive Letter and Paths' assign it a drive letter outside of the currently given drive letters.Reboot and all should be good.
