try to delete some of your files then it will be able to handle being on and you can save more files.

This is the mpaa we been tracking you and are planing to visit your residents. . . haha just kidding however with that hard drive you probably have a lot of folders. I noticed that when you have a lot of folders on external drives windows tends to act funny. I am not sure on the fix for this other then not using folders though as we all know that will get really messy really quick.

Try making sure you have the software installed for it in windows. . . (Windows by default I believe does not detect some hard drives larger than a certain amount of GB, so the software is needed to insure windows detects it properly.
The software for your device can be found here.
